Run your business with mindfulness

It is no secret that running a business can take its toll, with long hours, large workloads and pressures to succeed.
Research has found that practising mindfulness can reduce stress and increase concentration and sleep quality.

So how can you be mindful? Mindfulness is all about focusing on the present moment. Here are some ways you can do this:
1. Meditation: Find a quiet space, close your eyes and pay attention to sounds and sensations. Focusing on your breathing is a good way to start.
2. In-between tasks: Instead of clouding your brain with the next task, appreciate the moment free from responsibilities.
